We take listings we can genuinely place. If your residence is right for the registry we will say so quickly, and if it is not we will tell you that just as quickly.
Before anything is published we prepare a valuation drawn from comparable private placements rather than portal averages, and a written view on the buyer profile most likely to transact.
Most of our sellers begin off-market. The residence is circulated to a named list of qualified principals and their advisors, with no public listing, no sign and no portal syndication.
Every accepted residence receives a full photographic monograph, architectural narrative and provenance dossier, produced at our cost and yours to keep.
Valuations are prepared without obligation and are never shared outside the firm.
